Our Process

Step 1

 Give us a call or email us to go over your project details, budget and style. We would love to talk to you about your remodeling project.

Contact Us

Step 2

 We will walk the project with you and gather information about your design objectives, aesthetics and how you will use the space. We will ask you to provide ideas such as images from Pinterest, Houzz  and any other information that may be helpful to use as design inspiration. 

Step 3

 At this point in the process, we charge $150 to create a design retainer for your project. After the design retainer is signed, we measure your space and get a rough layout out of the project and potential material choices.

Step 4

 We will present different design concept options from which the owner can choose (or a combination of concepts), to establish the direction for the design development phase.

Step 5

  In the design development phase, we get everything selected and the details worked out to create a comprehensive construction contract and drawings to create your dream project. After the construction contract is signed the fun begins!
